This is not worth it. But what we do in such a scenario is just jeopardize which is not the solution, what is to be done is to move out which essentially you will do for yourself and, believe it or not, your company will survive just fine without you which is the reality. Below we list some warning signs on when you should move on \u00a0\u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You are always stressed<\/strong> &#8211; Every day you find you&#8217;re doing more and more to stay above water. You feel like you&#8217;re drowning at times, even though you are doing good at work, you dread going into work, you even miss your weekend fun and when Mondays come up you just do not want yourself to walk out of the door because you are tired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You don\u2019t get feedback<\/strong> \u2013Your job should constantly challenge you and motivate you to put your best work out there. If your manager doesn\u2019t provide feedback on your performance it\u2019s tough to grow. Good managers are engaged with your career development and offer guidance and if your doesn\u2019t you owe yourself a switch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You are no t learning<\/strong> \u2013 Learning is an essential part of a job, if your learning curve has flattened and you do not feel challenged move on. It is not mandatory to learn something new every day, but if it is stagnant you should really consider on looking for a new opportunity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You feel bored at work<\/strong> \u2013 You find yourself surfing the web more or chatting more during your working hours , it\u2019s a sign of boredom.
