i make y payment but i didnt get my gold subscription

Well I feel Homework guru is fraud as i had made payment and got the receipt of gold subscription then the next its again asking for re-subscription the contact person assures to check the matter but he stopped responding I provided the error in the mails attached but i didnot get any response neither they are receiving the calls rather they put their phone off . Its not about the money but how this is making fraudulent promises . Hope this comment would help others

Paid for Gold but didn't get the Subsciption. Also, unable to access any job postings after signing up.
