Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources function in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping HR strategy, driving talent management initiatives, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture. This role requires a strong HR generalist background with proven leadership capabilities and deep knowledge of Indian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth plans.

  • Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Employee Relations: Manage employee engagement, performance management, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.

  • Performance Management: Drive performance appraisal systems, goal setting, and leadership development programs.

  • Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and design training, upskilling, and leadership development initiatives.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and annual appraisal cycles to ensure market competitiveness.

  • HR Operations: Oversee payroll coordination, HRMIS, audits, and HR reporting.

  • Culture & Change Management: Champion organizational culture, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and change management programs.

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to provide strategic HR guidance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior or leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

  • Proven experience in managing large or growing teams in a corporate or startup environment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic organizations is preferred.
