Job Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for Online Tutors & Home Tutors for Class 1 to 12, NEET, IIT , located in Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include creating and delivering lesson plans based on the syllabus, conducting assessments, providing feedback to students, and maintaining progress reports. The tutor should also personalize instruction and provide guidance to help students improve their academic performance.

Qualifications
• Ability to deliver interactive and engaging lessons
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the relevant subject area(s)
• Ability to create and implement lesson plans based on the syllabus
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Additionally, knowledge and experience in technology-enabled learning, teaching multiple subjects, and handling a diverse student population are beneficial.
