About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Faculty to join our coaching institute in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to nursing students preparing for competitive examinations, nursing licensing exams, government recruitment exams, and academic nursing courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions for nursing students.
• Teach core nursing subjects including:
  • Medical-Surgical Nursing
  • Community Health Nursing
  • Child Health Nursing
  • Mental Health Nursing
  • Obstetrics & Gynecological Nursing
  • Nursing Foundations
  • Anatomy & Physiology
  • Pharmacology
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, and practice tests.
• Develop mock examinations and evaluate student performance.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Track student progress and recommend improvement strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest nursing curriculum, examination patterns, and healthcare developments.
• Assist in creating digital learning content such as recorded lectures, quizzes, and assignments.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching, tutoring, or clinical experience preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching students for:
  • AIIMS Nursing Exams
  • ESIC Nursing Officer Exams
  • DSSSB Nursing Exams
  • Staff Nurse Recruitment Exams
  • NCLEX-RN
  • HAAD, DHA, MOH, or Prometric Exams
• Experience with online teaching platforms.
• Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
• Strong mentoring and motivational abilities.
