About the Role

We are seeking qualified and experienced Nursing Tutors to help nursing students and professionals prepare for international nursing education and licensing opportunities. The tutor will guide students pursuing nursing studies and careers in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver online coaching sessions for nursing students aspiring to study or work abroad.
• Teach nursing subjects aligned with international nursing curricula and licensing requirements.
• Prepare students for international nursing examinations including:
  • NCLEX-RN (USA & Canada)
  • CBT (UK Nursing and Midwifery Council)
  • OSCE Preparation
  • HAAD, DHA, MOH, and Prometric Exams
  • AHPRA Registration Preparation (Australia)
• Provide academic support for nursing degree and diploma programs abroad.
• Conduct mock tests, assessments, and progress reviews.
• Assist students in understanding international healthcare systems and nursing practices.
• Create study materials, practice questions, and revision guides.
• Mentor students throughout their study-abroad journey and examination preparation.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Active Nursing Council Registration.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical, teaching, or tutoring experience.
• Strong understanding of international nursing standards and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach effectively in an online environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching NCLEX-RN, CBT, OSCE, or other international nursing exams.
• Previous experience working, studying, or training nurses for overseas opportunities.
• IELTS/OET coaching experience is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with nursing education systems in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or the Middle East.
