About Me

Shomudro Ghosh is a multifaceted pianist based in Delhi NCR, holding an Artist Diploma in Contemporary Music Performance from the Global Music Institute (GMI). He is currently pursuing a BBA at IILM University Gurugram to acquire strategic skills and business acumen that will strengthen and elevate his career in the music industry. His musical journey began with Hindustani classical piano before evolving into jazz piano under the mentorship of Vatsal Bakhda at GMI. Driven by a passion for seamlessly blending classical traditions with contemporary sounds, Shomudro has performed widely across Delhi NCR. As a former member of the rock and roll band Orion’s Belt, he showcased his artistry at notable events including Tinder x Gaysi: Queer Made Weekend (Pride Month), Daily Objects’ Christmas Fest in Gurgaon, and the Annual Pride event at Depot 48.
