I am a Post Graduate Diploma holder in International Business with over 18 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse teams and multinational environments, developing strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. After a successful corporate HR career, I co-founded and managed an HR consulting firm for over six years, partnering with organizations on recruitment, HR advisory, and talent management solutions. This entrepreneurial experience strengthened my ability to manage client relationships, deliver results, and adapt to evolving business needs. Having recently relocated back to India after spending a few years in Malaysia, I am currently seeking remote or flexible work opportunities where I can leverage my extensive expertise while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
