As a teacher in India, my first job gave me a strong base. I likely learned how to manage classrooms, plan lessons, and explain hard topics simply. These are 'soft skills.' They are very useful in business! I can think of it like this: A teacher helps students learn. A good leader helps a team grow. As an Area Coordinator at Home Depot Canada, I use these skills daily. This job means organize staff. I always make sure the floors are safe. I also help your team hit daily goals. If i were a teacher, i know how to give clear instructions to 30 kids. As a coordinator does the same thing with a group of adults! These jobs look very different on the surface, but they share big skills. Both require strong communication and team leadership.
