About Me
Ms. Achintya Sharma is an RN/RM with an M.Sc. in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CTVS) from KGMU, Lucknow (2026, first division). She is currently a Nursing Superintendent at Galaxy Multi-speciality Hospital, Varanasi. Earlier, she worked about 2.5 years as a Nursing Tutor/Staff Nurse and 8 months as a freelance writer. Her strengths are leadership, teaching, research, data analysis (Excel, SPSS), and graphic design. She has done four research projects, one of which won an award at an international conference in 2023. She is also writing two nursing textbooks. As a UPSMF quality inspector, she mentored three nursing colleges to QCI A+ ratings. She has trained 250+ staff across 10 hospitals, including a 7-day NABH and nursing excellence program in 2025.
