About Me
I am passionate about teaching because I believe education goes beyond textbooks; it is about building confidence, developing communication skills, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Currently, I am working as an English Mentor at Codeyoung, where I have gained valuable experience in mentoring students, improving their language skills, and creating an engaging learning environment. Alongside my teaching experience, my exposure to the corporate sector as an HR professional has helped me develop strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and people-management skills. My experience in both education and human resources has given me a unique perspective on understanding different learning styles, identifying individual strengths, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. I want to continue teaching because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in someone's growth while sharing my knowledge and practical experience.
