Currently am an Associate Professor in subject Botany at Banwarilal Bhalotia College, Asansol, WB. Joined in the year 2001 in the same Institution. My pecialization is Microbiology during my Masters and I was Gold Medalist of my batch. CSIR-NET, GATE and WB-SLET qualified all in the year 1997. Worked as full time researcher at IICB and Bose Institute on hard core Molecular Biology (Genetic Engineering). Joined college in the middle so left almost a complete PhD. Later did the same in the year 2013 on Bioremediation and Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria. Have completed one Minor and one Major Research Projects as well. Author of two books (Advanced Botany Vol 1 and Vol 2; available in Amazon and Flipkart). Working on the 3rd Vol. Wanted to teach masters students in spare time in the evening and night if possible.
