I'm Vishnupriya from Coimbatore. I have 6 years of experience in online tutoring industry. Have handled multiple sessions with students from US. I've been worked as a tutor for 2 years and Team Lead and Team manager for 2 years each. The job role will be like reviewing the quality and quantity of sessions handled. Conducing meet with the team leads and discussing the progress and areas to be improved and suggesting them the alternate plans to overcome the challenges noticed. Following up whether the discussed plans are getting implemented successfully to upgrade the progress in projects.
