About Me
My name is Abhishek. I am an HR professional with 19 years of HR management experience. Currently working as Human Resources Director with a company based out in Noida. In my current and previous experiences i have handled Oragnisation Structure , Human policies, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management System, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition, HR Compliance , Training and Development and Payroll Management. I have done PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and MBA in HR as well. My passion is to teach younger HR professionals and student who are keen to know practical understanding on how HR functions in organisations. I have been teaching freelancing to students approaching me for learning / clarifying HR Conecepts. Going forward i may transition my career into teaching HR students. Thanks
