Good evening Respected sir/ma’am, My name is Dr. Abu Rehan D.O.B 05/02/1984 . I am a qualified MBBS doctor and completed an MD in Community and Family Medicine from AIIMS Rishikesh. I joined the PMHS Uttarakhand in 2020 and worked as a district surveillance officer during the COVID-19 pandemic in district Tehri. I completed my two years of superspecialty in Epidemic Intelligence Service from the National Centre for Disease Control in collaboration with the US CDC in Atlanta. I have been trained in disease surveillance system evaluation, outbreak investigation, and epidemiological studies. I will be happy to work in National Health Mission under your leadership.
