I have a passion for teaching and feel that I can contribute in some way by sharing my experience & skills. I feel that we need to contribute and give back to the society in whichever way we can contribute in developing the younger generation who will go on to become future leaders. I have over two & half decades of professional experience across various business verticals & I am currently working as a CEO with one of the leading educational institute in Tirupur and have been able to train / mentor teachers as well as develop a great rapport with parents and specially with students to provide them with a great positive atmosphere to blossom and explore the horizon. I am an achievement oriented professional with excellent people management skills, networking, training & mentoring skills, good at strategy development, streamlining & even setting up various day to day reporting structure, follow up systems, implementing best industry practices, performance management etc.
